Splinterlands Announces Holiday Discounts on Genesis League Goals Packs

Splinterlands, a strategic NFT card game, and Genesis League Goals announce special deals in celebration of the holiday spirit.

Only the first 500,000 Genesis League Goals card packs are available during the current Presale 1 phase of Splinterlands. For the 2023 season, a total of 8.5 million packs may be produced. There are now just roughly 235,000 packs available in presale 1.

Genesis League Goals (GLG) and all upcoming games in the Genesis League Sports (GLS) ecosystem use the governance token GLX. Similar to the Splinterlands ecosystem, the GLS ecosystem’s tokenomics will feature a governance token (GLX), an in-game token (GLUSD), and a voucher token (GLGT).

What benefits come with GLG pack purchases?

Prior to anything else, there is a pool of 7.5 million GLX that will be equitably allocated to (and only to) those who buy packs in presale 1 for staking card packs. Because there are only 500,000 packs left in the first presale, any bulk package bought at this time will receive a sizeable portion of the tokens in this huge pool. 

For instance, if you buy 5,000 packs, you may be eligible to receive 1% of the presale 1 reward pool (if you stake all of your packs), or at least 75,000 GLX tokens (the minimum assumes that all presale 1 packs are sold before the rewards start being distributed and that all players stake 100% of their packs).

Additionally, after presale 1 is over, presale 2 will begin. A second pool of 7.5 million GLX tokens is included with it, and it will be allocated proportionally (and only to) those who buy packs in presale 1 and presale 2.

Additionally, you can stake your GLX tokens to get even more GLX tokens.
