Sombra Network-based game, Sins of Shadow, launches the first stage of its beta. The developers leaked a late-night test gameplay of the highly-anticipated game on their Twitter account, revealing exciting features for the awaited NFT game.

The game is led by a team of various individuals comprised of VFX artists, Hollywood tech directors, and creative directors that boasts over 50 years of tech experience and creative innovation.

The Sombra-based game grants players the ability to mint a digital avatar, giving them the full freedom of defining the personalities of their in-game characters. In the project’s second phase, the game-ready NFT avatars will receive a 3d render of their character, allowing them to roam the game using the characters themselves.

What is the Sins of Shadow game?

Sins of Shadow is an open-world NFT game that features a futuristic backdrop that allows players to own in-game characters coupled with the ability to vote on how the story progresses. Players will be able to choose the fate of their own characters, allowing the creative freedom to determine between good and evil characters.

When players mint an avatar, they have full control over choosing the character’s name and backstory. Additionally, the game seeks to reward holders with social events, merchandise, and the opportunity to earn and stake $SMBR tokens.

Every month, the team will release a cinematic VR(Virtual Reality) TV show showcasing the game’s narrative storyline. Moreover, the game also features a team deathmatch mode and a VR NFT TV Show, adding a variety of fun activities within its universe.

Marketed as a AAA game, the project seeks to support the movements toward “Play-and-Earn”, which is focused on creating games that are gameplay driven, ensuring that web3 gamers are having fun while earning.
