Moku Ends Two Projects to Focus on Grand Arena

Moku, the web3 gaming project started by Hantao, is closing down two of its current initiatives — Moku Questing and Tamameme. The team made this decision to simplify operations and focus more directly on their main game, Grand Arena. They will also improve community features within Discord and work on a new casual puzzle game. These steps are meant to help Moku grow in a more focused direction.
Moku Questing Shuts Down in 48 Hours
Moku Questing will be turned off within 48 hours. This feature has lived on the Moku HQ website, helping users earn points. Those points will move to a new system built inside Moku’s Discord server. A new shop will launch on Discord as well. It will offer rotating rewards. This gives users a reason to keep playing and engaging with Moku through the new platform.
All progress from the old questing system will be saved. Users won’t lose their levels or past activities. These records could be used in future features. Moku originally designed Questing to support various partners on the Ronin blockchain. Over time, the company’s priorities changed. The broad partner-first approach no longer fits. The new direction centers on Moku’s own products, especially Grand Arena.
Now that questing is moving to Discord and eventually into Grand Arena, it doesn’t make sense to maintain more than one system. The team also pointed out that recent reward-based token projects didn’t perform well. This made outside game collaborations less attractive.

Tamameme Will Close in Two Weeks
Tamameme will be closed in about two weeks. The platform’s frontend will go offline. However, the smart contract behind it will still work. Anyone who already owns Tamameme tokens will keep them. These users can still trade tokens on Katana or wherever they have migrated. After the shutdown, pricing data will disappear. Users will only see how much RON they can get if they decide to sell.
The validator part of Tamameme will also stop working. This means users won’t be able to vote or take part in buybacks anymore. Some leftover Tamameme tokens may appear as rewards in the new Discord shop. The Moku team may find more uses for these tokens later. Once the Grand Arena is up and running, there may be more ways to engage. For now, users who want to stay involved should join the Discord community.

Shutting down these two projects lets Moku concentrate fully on Grand Arena. The team explained that Tamameme was a fast build. It took just two months to make. It got attention during the Open Ronin campaign. But the market has shifted. On-chain activity has slowed. Fewer people are using token launch platforms. So keeping Tamameme alive doesn’t make sense anymore.
Moku will now focus all of its energy on Grand Arena and Discord. Better reward programs and engagement tools will be among the new Discord features. There, the community will receive news and updates. The Discord server allows everyone who is interested in what will happen next to stay in touch.
The group thinks that this shift will make them stronger. The primary product is presently Grand Arena. Moku can concentrate on improving it since there won't be as many distractions.
