First Settlers Season 1: A New Era in Continuum World

After wrapping up "First Explored" in December 2023, Continuum World is set to launch First Settlers Season 1. This new season comes with more features and an improved land ecology, making it an exciting leap forward for the game. Players can expect expanded crafting options, more in-depth exploration, and richer in-game interactions as they dive into this new chapter.

In First Settlers Season 1, players can access a unique crafting system to create new materials by combining resources. Each crafted item is represented as an NFT and can be traded in the marketplace. Resources come in both common and rare varieties, with crafting recipes carrying different rarity levels, from Uncommon to Legendary. Players will need to gather or unlock these recipes to create special materials, giving a strategic edge to crafting enthusiasts.

For players who don’t have specific crafting recipes, the Printer Builder offers a solution. This in-game structure can produce materials without requiring a recipe, adding flexibility. The Printer Builder is especially valuable for players who don’t own land, as they can still produce materials on a shared basis. This setup allows players to engage with Continuum World’s ecosystem without the need to directly acquire land.

Gameplay in First Settlers Season 1 brings new functional structures and a greater focus on resource management. Players start with 10 storage slots, each capable of holding up to 999 of a single resource type. Additional storage slots can be unlocked through missions, allowing for up to 100 slots, catering to players focused on resource collection.

The game introduces a variety of buildings, such as the Warehouse, Printer, House, Solar Panel, and Teleport. These buildings enrich gameplay by adding new strategic layers. Moreover, First Settlers can customize biomes with decorations that enhance not just the visual appeal but also productivity.

First Settlers Season 1 also offers decorative items to personalize biomes. Each decoration adds unique touches, enhancing gameplay and visual effects. Players can choose from a range of items:

• Torches: Boost aesthetics and increase visibility.
• Obelisks: Add an ancient, historical feel.
• Vintage Machines: Add an industrial atmosphere while boosting productivity.
• Jizos: Enhance the cultural elements of the biome.
• Stone Lanterns: Pair well with Jizos for additional aesthetic appeal.
• Stained Glass: Creates a cathedral-like environment.

Players can place up to 10 decorations per biome, customizing their landscape and earning collection bonuses for gathering rare items.

Leading up to the First Settlers launch, Continuum World has planned two events. The first is the NFT Ancestral Recipe Event, from November 20-25, where three unique recipes will be available for direct purchase. Each recipe costs 20 UM, making it a rare opportunity to acquire these items without relying on the usual gacha (random) mechanic.

The second event is a Black Friday celebration from November 26 to December 3. Players can look forward to special offers like the Crafting Starter Pack and NFT Recipe Gacha pack, ideal for beginners who want a jumpstart in crafting and resource management.
