Hadean Bolsters Metaverse Infrastructure Solutions with $5 Million Funding Boost

Hadean, the London-based startup that provides infrastructure solutions for the metaverse, has raised an additional $5 million in funding. The company had previously raised $30 million in September 2022, bringing its total funding to $35 million.

The metaverse, which is a virtual world where users can interact with each other and digital objects, has been gaining significant attention in recent years. With the rise of 5G technology, the metaverse has become an important use case for infrastructure solutions.

Hadean seeks to create the infrastructure for the metaverse using its cloud platform. Its solution enables scalability, interoperability, and security, which are critical components for the metaverse to function effectively.

The metaverse is not just about gaming, but also a platform for social interaction, commerce, and education.  However, compared to use cases brought forth by companies like META, metaverse's strongest use case seems to be towards crafting immersive and life-like game universes.

The additional funding will enable Hadean to further develop its platform and expand its reach in the metaverse industry. The company's mission is to make the metaverse accessible and scalable for everyone, regardless of their technical expertise.

Hadean's CEO, Craig Beddis, clarified its mission in a statement, "Our objective is to bridge physical and virtual worlds to improve decision-making, support the creator economy and, ultimately, enhance the quality of life in the real world.”
