Don’t Miss Out on The Sandbox Game’s Season’s Greetings Event: Thousands of Rewards Up for Grabs!

The Sandbox Game is gearing up for its latest major event, Season’s Greetings, which runs from December 20th to January 3rd, 2023. The event is broken into six distinct parts, each with its own pool of rewards for players to participate in.

One of the most exciting aspects of Season’s Greetings is the return of popular experiences such as The Walking Dead, Snoop Dogg, and DeadMau5. However, there will also be plenty of new experiences for players to enjoy, including the Care Bears, Elventown, Mecha Santa’s Workshop, and more.

The main contest for Season’s Greetings is open to all players and requires completing at least 80% of quests in the Season’s Greetings experiences to share in a prize pool of 100,000 SAND tokens and one Memorabilia. SAND is the platform’s utility token and can be used to build, own, and monetize gaming experiences on the Ethereum blockchain in The Sandbox.

In addition to the main contest, there is also a special reward pool for players who own a Land or Avatar NFT and complete at least 80% of quests. This prize pool includes 100k SAND tokens and one NFT. It’s unclear whether everyone who meets the requirements will receive the Memorabilia and NFT or if there is only one available. Either way, earning SAND tokens is always a welcome reward for players.

Another event during Season’s Greetings is the Care Bears experience, which requires players to own a Care Bear avatar and complete 100% of quests in the Care Bears experience to share in a prize pool of 50k SAND tokens.

Midnight in the Metaverse is a limited-time event running from December 27th to January 3rd. To participate, players must visit Club XYZ during the event and tweet a screenshot of themselves there to enter a raffle for prizes including one NFT and one Memorabilia.

Throughout the Season’s Greetings event, there will also be social challenges that give players entries into a special raffle. Players can keep an eye on The Sandbox’s Twitter account for notifications about these challenges.

Finally, players who complete all quests in the Season’s Greetings event (100%) and tweet about the Mystery Box will receive a Box with a random NFT inside. These NFTs could potentially be valuable, making this an exciting reward for players.

As with other recent events from The Sandbox, players will need to go through a KYC and identification process to be eligible for prizes. Although this event is not officially an Alpha Season for The Sandbox, the amount of tokens and prizes being offered is comparable to past Alpha Seasons. This makes it an event not to be missed for players with some gaming time available during the holidays.
