Introducing the Ruby Marketplace

Heroes of Mavia introduces the Ruby Marketplace, a new in-game feature facilitating the trading and minting of cosmetic skins directly within the game. This marketplace, currently accessible only in-game and exclusively accepting Ruby tokens as payment, signifies a significant development for the Heroes team, with plans underway for a web-based version in the future.

The Ruby Marketplace marks a notable addition to Heroes of Mavia, offering players the opportunity to engage in player trading of NFTs and the creation of new NFT skins. Accessible once players upgrade their HQ building to level 4, this marketplace presents a fresh avenue for utilizing the Ruby token earned through in-game battles.

Upon its launch, the Ruby Marketplace presents a curated collection of 36 distinct skins, each representing a troop or building type in the game. These skins, adorned with the unique "SuperMavian" color scheme, are limited to 500 copies each, allowing players to personalize their gameplay experience by altering the appearance of their buildings and troops.

NFTs and Blockchain Integration

All Legendary level items available on the Ruby Marketplace are designated as NFTs on the Base blockchain. This integration ensures the authenticity and ownership of in-game assets, enabling players to trade purchased items with fellow gamers, fostering a dynamic player-driven economy within the Heroes of Mavia universe.While the Ruby Marketplace currently caters to mobile users and operates solely with Ruby tokens, plans are in motion to expand its accessibility and functionality. In the near future, a web-based version of the marketplace will be introduced, enabling trading with MAVIA tokens, thus broadening the scope of participation and engagement within the game's ecosystem.
