Timefront’s TimeKeepers Mint Launch

Timefront, a blockchain real-time strategy (RTS) game that integrates web3 technology and user-generated content (UGC), has announced the release of its TimeKeepers free mint. This event will take place on October 23rd at 2 PM UTC through Xterio’s launchpad. Special NFTs known as TimeKeepers provide their owners with significant in-game benefits. Three rarities—Rare, Mythic, and Fabled—will comprise the 777 NFTs on the Ethereum network that will be part of the genesis collection. Each rarity offers different benefits to the holders.

TimeKeepers provide a range of perks depending on their rarity. Rare TimeKeepers, making up 60% of the collection, offer benefits like a points airdrop on TGE (Token Generation Event), invites to alpha and beta testing, free guild creation, exclusive access to developers, and early game content previews. Mythic TimeKeepers, which represent 30% of the collection, give the same perks as the Rare NFTs but with added benefits like bigger points airdrops, day one booster pack discounts, and the ability to share alpha and beta invites with friends. Fabled TimeKeepers, the rarest of the collection (10%), unlock all Rare and Mythic rewards along with special event pack airdrops and larger points rewards at TGE.

The TimeKeepers free mint will be available on the Xterio launchpad. Only whitelisted users can participate, with spots reserved for early adopters, prominent community members, and partners. However, a few opportunities remain to secure a whitelist spot. You can complete Zealy quests, boost the Discord server, engage with social media, or participate in events and contests to increase your chances. The official Discord also offers a few handpicked Timelist spots for those who meet certain criteria.

Timefront Overview 

Timefront is a web3 RTS that focuses on user-generated content. Players can create custom games using tools inspired by traditional RTS giants like Starcraft and Warcraft 3. Timefront combines web3 features with a high-fantasy world built in Unreal Engine 5, offering five different races to play. The gameplay focuses on macro-management, rewarding strategic planning over fast reflexes. Players build a deck of units, heroes, and artifacts to craft unique strategies for each match. As they are employed in battles, heroes, units, and artifacts—all in-game NFTs—can level up.

A single-player campaign, AI skirmish, free custom games, and multiplayer are among the game's many game options. In multiplayer modes, players can earn tokens and packs, with options to mint these in-game items into permanent NFTs. The game’s goal is to revive the deep strategic gameplay of classic RTS titles while using web3 technology to let creators design, own, and monetize their custom games. Timefront’s Worldshaper SDK will allow players to modify levels, assets, and code to create unique custom games.

Timefront’s development is split into several stages. Alpha and beta versions will launch in late 2024 to early 2025, with TGE expected at the end of Stage 2. The beta phase, scheduled for late 2025, will introduce multiplayer modes, a production-ready SDK, and community-made mods. Stage 4, slated for 2026, will focus on expanding game features, adding new maps, heroes, and artifacts.
