The Sandbox Launches LAND Sale with Several Top Brands

The open-world GameFi game, The Sandbox, announces its wave of LAND auction sales featuring major brands and iconic superstars such as Tony Hawk, Playboy, Snoop Dogg, Faze Clan, and more.
The sale event offers a unique opportunity for investors to build and participate in vibrant communities that are curated by popular icons and brands within The Sandbox metaverse.
Launching its first wave on November 24, future LAND owners will have the opportunity to acquire prestige land next to icons. Several Estate lands will be up for grabs including an exclusive chance to live next to rapper Snoop Dogg's virtual land.
Last year, an investor bought $450,000 worth of digital real estate to become Snoop Dogg’s next-door neighbor in The Sandbox metaverse. Showcasing the intense demand for these virtual real states.
LAND Sale Details
The LAND raffle sales will occur in 3 separate waves that include a specific theme for each wave. The first wave’s theme will be California Dreamin’, featuring California-based brands such as Playboy and Faze Clan.
To ensure a fair distribution, a KYC process and raffle system will be implemented with the sale. The sale will auction 1,967 LANDS, limiting users to one asset per person.
- 50 estates
- 695 regular LANDS
- 134 premium LANDS

The succeeding waves of sales will feature a Galleria theme for its second and Voxel Madness for the third. Galleria features prestige brands such as Cipriani and Paris Hilton while Voxel Madness features a gaming arcade that includes iconic game brands such as Cut The Rope.
The Sandbox’s “Brandverse”
The Sandbox GameFi is known to have collaborated and partnered with multiple iconic and famous brands over the years, ranging from financial institutions such as KEB Hana Bank to gaming corporations such as Atari.
This recent sale marked a different approach. This is the first time it has collaborated with numerous brands in a single LAND sale, signifying that the game is expanding its opportunities by combining multiple collaborations.
The project is also synonymous with the team’s vision for decentralization and true ownership of assets. The raffle highlights its set of strict entry requirements and limitations to ensure fair distribution of assets for all.
