The EV.IO team is teasing fans about the release of their latest map, and it looks like it was worth the wait. The team took to Twitter to give players a sneak peek of the newest map set to be released, and it looks like it's going to be a welcome addition to the map roster.
EV.IO is a blockchain-based first-person shooter game that runs on the Solana Blockchain. It features an arena-based tactical shooter similar to popular games like Halo and Quake. Players have a variety of weapons and abilities at their disposal to use on the battlefield, but what sets EV.IO apart is its 23 unique maps. Each map offers its own take on the FPS genre, providing players with different architectural features to fly up and double-jump through.
EV.IO Graveyard Map
The latest map, which is yet to be named, looks to hold the same futuristic characteristics as previous maps, but with a different twist. The screenshots released by the team show a yellow-tinged sky and a wide central mass, showcasing similar yet new ways to duel opponents.
The Unnamed New Map
In addition to the new map, the EV.IO team also announced that they will be releasing new weapons in its upcoming Mint on January 24, 2022. Players can find out more details by visiting their Discord.
