Sidus Gates takes a slice of web2 esports by collaborating with a 5-time CS:GO World Champion, “Zeus” as an ambassador and spokesperson. The partnership will result in the future release of an exclusive NFT collection and the development of an upcoming shooter game.

Danylo “Zeus” Teslenko is a famous Ukrainian Counter-Strike pro player. He is a retired Counter-Strike: Global Offensive player, winning over 60 tournaments and bagging himself four major tournaments. Zeus is commonly regarded to be one of the greats, often appearing in conversations with CS:GO legends such as Oleksandr 'S1mple' Kostyliev

In addition to the NFT release, Sidus will launch a $100,000 giveaway. Teslenko has stated in an interview, that he will contribute his vast experience in esports to help popularize new products and help attract a global audience. Moreover, with his notable reputation within the Counter-Strike community, Teslenko is in a favorable position to attract many web2 gamers into web3.

The CS:GO champion expressed his support by posting an announcement on Twitter, showing his support for web3 gaming mass adoption. Teslenko is also interested in applying esports to web3, realizing the potential blockchain has in improving the competitive gaming experience.

What is Sidus Gates?

Sidus Gates is a game publishing company and a launchpad partner for gaming studios to produce games inside the SIDUS ecosystem, completely adhering to the game’s lore and all assets within its ecosystem. Each game is located on a separate planet with exclusive resources that can be mined.

Sidus Gates will allow users to invest in new gaming products and possibly receive royalties from financial transactions completed within the module. Players can invest in the Sidus Gates model only if their total collection rarity is 3,000 and more.
