Web3 fantasy trading card game Shardbound's public beta has officially begun thanks to Bazooka Tango. The game is now available to players worldwide via Steam and the Epic Games Store. a Bazooka Tango co-founder Bo Daly discussed his thoughts on the launch, emphasizing how crucial it is to the players as well as the development staff. Shardbound: A Strategic Card Game

Shardbound is a free-to-play, turn-based tactics game. It entered open beta in June on the Epic Games Store. The game takes place on a 3D hexagonal battlefield where players use cards to summon Minions and utilize Relics to defeat their opponent’s Commander. Each deck must contain at least one Commander and one Relic. Players can also enhance their strategies using Equipment and Spells.

Victory comes either by defeating the opponent's Commander or earning 10 Victory Points by controlling Victory Crystals. remain free to play and will ultimately support mobile devices. The creators will not use any pay-to-win approaches in favor of a just monetization scheme.

More than 100,000 Players Who Pre-Registered

Special gifts will be given to over 100,000 gamers who pre-registered when the open beta begins. Three special cards—a Legendary, an Epic, and a Rare—are among them. The purpose of these cards is to help players win matches and fortify their decks.

By completing in-game quests, players can earn 100 Gems, which are redeemable for IMX tokens. While Web3 is not required, gamers that link their wallets during the open beta will receive a variety of NFT enhancements. The first upgrade window is open from October 9 to October 16, with more opportunities available until November 6.

To keep players involved, Bazooka Tango has planned several events. One standout event is "Shard and Shield," which allows players to engage in player-versus-player (PvP) action while completing missions for exclusive rewards.
