To be eligible for a Chibi, players are required to possess a minimum of two MetalCore Infantry NFTs. The acquisition process involves two snapshots: one based on wallet contents as of September 30th, 2022, and the second on August 15th, 2023. The value of Infantry NFTs has already surged, with prices rising from as low as 0.015 ETH in recent days.

MetalCore offers three tiers of Chibis – Obsidian, Gold, and Silver – each representing different levels of accomplishment. A Silver Chibi is attainable for holders of two or more MetalCore Infantry NFTs during the snapshot periods. Those who possess ten or more Infantry NFTs will ascend to the Gold Chibi tier. Special recognition is reserved for early supporters and enthusiasts who possess fifty or more Infantry NFTs, granting them the coveted Obsidian Chibi. Moreover, recipients of the Mech Hunter or First Contact Discord roles can also claim an Obsidian Chibi.
