Level Up Your Zees: Zeeverse's Evolution Feature Launches on May 20th

Zeeverse, the popular monster-taming RPG, is rolling out an exciting new feature on May 20th: Evolutions. This addition promises to bring a fresh layer of gameplay, allowing players to level up their Zees in unique ways.

To kickstart the evolution process, players must seek out Coyote, the expert on evolving Zees beyond level 50, all the way up to level 100. Here's the deal: upgrading a level 50 Zee requires sacrificing two level 50 Zees of the same type and shelling out 150k on-chain $VEE from your Treasure wallet. It's crucial to ensure that all your Zees are deposited on-chain in your Treasure wallet for the process to go smoothly. By undergoing this transformation, your Zee not only advances to level 51 but also morphs into a new form with enhanced stats and a fresh ability. Stats receive a solid 10% boost, while traits and trait upgrade levels remain intact.

Introducing New Zees

The Evolutions feature brings forth a lineup of new Zees, each representing an evolved version of existing ones. For instance, evolving Zoomba yields Zuulu, along with the ability "Bee Sweet!" This ability inflicts damage on an enemy Zee at the start of the turn, reduces accuracy for offensive moves and regular attacks by 30%, and adds Blind & Burn debuffs.

Chakari steps up as the evolved variant of Chaka, unlocking the Burn-e-rang ability. This skill grants 50% Bloodthirst to the next attack while also imposing a debuff on the enemy Zee, halving any healing it receives for 2 turns.

Hotpot undergoes a transformation into Maocai, obtaining the Hot Plot ability. With this skill, Maocai executes an AOE attack that generates a shield equivalent to 50% of the damage dealt.Alongside the introduction of 3 new Fire types, 3 Grass types, and 3 Water types, standout additions include Tonka, boasting the Rock Whisperer ability. This skill enables Tonka to erect a shield that amplifies damage by 50% while active. On the Waterfront, Gajara wields the Trunk Smooch ability, storing reflected damage from Reverse Harm to later unleash it on an enemy or use it for healing a friendly Zee.

Curve Llamas' Ascension

Curve Llamas aren't left out of the evolutionary cycle. For the expenditure of 420 $CRV tokens from the Treasure wallet and the sacrifice of two Curve Llamas, players can witness the transformation of their Curve Llamas into new forms. A Curve Llama evolves into Curve Ll, while a Funky Curve Llama upgrades to a Funkier Curve Ll. Both evolutions unlock the Monty's Box ability, albeit with a shorter cooldown for Funkier Curve Ll. This skill involves hiding the Curve Ll in a box, challenging opponents to guess the correct one. A correct guess damages the Ll, while an incorrect one reduces cooldown on the Shapeshifter ability and inflicts damage on the opponent.

With the Evolutions feature, Zeeverse not only expands its roster but also injects fresh dynamics into gameplay, enticing players to explore new strategies and possibilities within the vibrant world of monster-taming.
