LandZ Arena Launch Date Announced

Pixel Heroes Adventure has confirmed August 20 as the official launch date for LandZ Arena. This release will be followed by the Play2Mint event, where players can earn token rewards and other in-game benefits. The game will combine web3 strategy gameplay with blockchain features, offering opportunities for both competitive and casual players.

LandZ Arena is a web3 strategy game set in the main dungeon of Carnium. Players explore the dungeon while gathering resources, taking part in PvP events, fighting bosses, and competing in Territory Wars.

The Carnium dungeon is the core location in this 2D PvPvE title. Up to 100 players can join the same instance to mine, fish, gather, and cut lumber. These activities take place in both PvP zones and safe areas. PvE battles are also available, including encounters with Kardos, the dark and fiery dungeon ruler. Kardos appears at set times each day and drops valuable loot to players who defeat him.

Entry to Carnium requires Carnium Tickets, which allow limited playtime. Tickets must be spent to re-enter, and players receive them if their character has an activated Arena Seal.

Another important game mode is Territory Wars. To seize and protect bases, players organize into guilds. Standing on a base, you can earn capture points every five seconds. You can also earn extra points by defeating other players there.

When the required capture points are reached, the base changes hands and gives the controlling guild a buff. Holding the main base for ten minutes ends the session. Rankings are calculated based on total capture points for each guild.

The game will be released alongside a Play2Mint event. While it has not been confirmed, owning a LandZ NFT may be needed to join. Even if it is not required, owning one can be beneficial. Staking a LandZ NFT increases event points and allows NFT-based mining of $ADVTR, the Pixel Heroes ecosystem token. $ADVTR is scheduled for its token generation event in Q3 2025.

How the Play2Mint Event Works

Players with an Arena Seal NFT can benefit from a pooled token reward pool during the Play2Mint event. PlayPoints are the basis for earnings.

There are two types of PlayPoints: Base PlayPoints and Seal PlayPoints. Base PlayPoints are earned by completing in-game activities in Carnium, such as gathering, mining, fishing, or defeating elite monsters. Territory Wars also award Base PlayPoints, with distribution based on individual contributions. In the Pixel Heroes dApp, stage quests can be used to win extra points.

Sponsored players are associated with Seal PlayPoints. Arena Seals, which increase point rewards by up to 200% based on the quantity of $MGT tokens contributed, must be purchased and activated in order to sponsor. Arena Seals provide one Carnium ticket each day and cost MGOLD ($MGT).

Base PlayPoints account for 80 percent of the overall prize pool, while Seal PlayPoints account for 20 percent. 

The starting reward pool contains 10 million $MGT tokens, worth about $25,890, plus a possible amount of $CROSS tokens. The pool can grow depending on player spending. The pool receives half of the $MGT that was put in the game, as well as 80% of the $MGT spent on Arena Seal and Premium Arena Box.

Statue Cores are unique guild awards that players can also obtain. Boss raids, Territory Wars, and other activities yield this. Statue Cores are awarded at the conclusion of the event according to the total number of PlayPoints.

Boss Statue NFTs can be obtained by exchanging Statue Cores. To increase staking mining power, they can be installed on a LandZ NFT. Access to 7% of the whole quantity of $ADVTR tokens is possible by staking these assets. A bigger token airdrop may result from the addition of Boss Statues, which boosts processing power.

Players must have an Arena Seal NFT, which is accessible through the ecosystem dApp, in order to participate in the Play2Mint event. The cost is 5000 $MGT tokens (around $13). The NFT grants one daily Carnium ticket, giving access to in-game activities and the chance to earn PlayPoints for a share of the token rewards.

The LandZ Arena launch is set for August 20, with Play2Mint coming shortly after. Players who want to participate should secure their NFTs early and prepare for the competition.
