Guild of Guardians Turns One

Guild of Guardians is now celebrating its first birthday. To mark the occasion, the team has launched a major in-game event running from May 28 to June 11. Any player who has cleared Dungeon 1-1-3 can join the event. It’s packed with new content, updates, and prizes. This is one of the game’s biggest events so far.

Guild of Guardians is a free-to-play mobile RPG set in the world of Elderym. In the game, players build teams of fighters called Guardians. These teams enter deep dungeons to battle monsters and collect loot. The game mixes classic dungeon-crawling mechanics with web3 features. Players can earn and trade digital items while progressing through the game.

Anniversary Event Highlights

The Anniversary Event brings new modes, fresh buffs, and exclusive skins. There are also rare rewards available. Whether you’re new or have been playing since launch, there’s plenty to unlock and enjoy.

Lia, one of the original Guardians, has received a full rework. Her new look is more polished, and her skills are now stronger than ever. She is now more effective in both Arena and Endless modes. Her healing skills have been improved, and her attacks deal more damage. She also has a better chance of landing critical hits. With these upgrades, Lia stands out as a reliable and powerful option.

Introducing Myra

Myra is the newest Guardian to join Elderym. She debuts during the Anniversary Event as the featured fighter in Summon Stones. She performs well in PvE content and pairs nicely with the current buffs in Endless mode. Myra’s skill set makes her tough and flexible. She can draw the strongest enemy to attack only her, then strike back with heavy damage. She can lower an enemy’s defense, summon Phantom clones to assist her, and boost her own evasion and healing when her health is low.

A new event is now live in the Arena called Rise of the Founders. Players who use Founder Guardians will see major stat boosts. These boosts include less damage taken, more damage dealt, and slower energy gain for enemies. However, there’s a twist. If both you and your opponent use Founder Guardians, the buffs will apply to their side too. This creates an extra layer of strategy for every match.

Top players in the Arena can win big rewards. The top prize is a Mythic Tian Long skin that is one of a kind. Players who place between rank 2 and 500 will receive Legendary, Epic, or Rare Idols. These Idols can be used to try and mint Gen 1 or Founder Guardians. Rewards in this tier are highly valuable and limited.

Endless mode also gets a fresh batch of changes for the event. New modifiers are active, shaking up the gameplay. Summoned units are now immune to targeting and boost your team’s stats. Dodging enemies will now trigger taunts, giving you more time to react. Guardians also dodge the first incoming attack every few seconds. These changes make the mode faster, harder, and more exciting. As with Arena, the top 500 players in Endless will earn valuable Idol rewards.

The Anniversary Event Pass comes in two versions. The free version gives rewards to all players. The premium version, which costs $29.99, gives even more value. Players can unlock in-game items, gold, Summon Stones, Power Stones, XP scrolls, and cosmetic rewards like skins, avatars, and titles. Both tracks give useful items, but the premium one includes exclusive content.

Players who joined the game before June 15, 2024, will receive a custom avatar frame. This reward is meant to honor long-time players. You just need to log in during the event to receive it.
