Gods Unchained Moves to Immutable zkEVM
Immutable X will be replaced with Immutable zkEVM as the free-to-play trading card game (TCG) in Gods Unchained, according to the game's developers. The team believes that this change will give the game a more powerful position in the web3 gaming market. Players will be able to experience a smoother, more advanced blockchain gaming environment.
To ensure a hassle-free transition, the developers will handle the migration of all in-game assets. This includes NFT cards, trinkets, card backs, and boards. Chest migration from Ethereum to Immutable zkEVM will also take place. Players do not need to worry about manually transferring their assets, as the process will be managed by the team.
One of the biggest benefits of this migration is the potential for an improved card trading system. The team may introduce features that allow players to trade multiple NFT cards in a single transaction. This would be a major upgrade from the current system, where each card must be traded separately.

Advancements in Crafting, Forging, and Rewards
The migration will also bring improvements to crafting and forging. Players can expect a new era of rewards transparency, with blockchain-based automation making the process more seamless. The team is also working toward greater interoperability with other blockchain gaming projects. This could open the door for cross-game asset utility, allowing players to use their Gods Unchained assets in other compatible games.
By utilizing Immutable zkEVM’s smart contract capabilities, the game will benefit from stricter validation mechanisms. This will help lower the chances of errors while ensuring that in-game assets remain secure. Transactions will be settled instantly, providing a smoother gaming experience for all players.
The developers have outlined several plans for the future. Some of the upcoming upgrades include:
- Rekindled forging and crafting
- New staking rewards
- Secondary pack trading
- Chest migration from Ethereum to Immutable zkEVM
- The unveiling of the Eucos Emporium
- Reimagined pack opening
- Passport access to holdings
- $GODS bridging
New Staking Rewards and Mechanics
With this migration, the staking system will also receive improvements. The team is working on better staking mechanics, making it easier to distribute rewards to stakers. More details on these changes are expected to be revealed soon.
The Eucos Emporium is set to become a more streamlined and immersive way for players to collect and open card packs. The pack opening experience will also be revamped, though specifics have not yet been shared.

Players holding $GODS tokens on Immutable X will be able to transfer their holdings to Immutable zkEVM using a bridge powered by cross-chain liquidity routing protocols. For token owners, this guarantees a seamless transfer.
Many members of the Gods Unchained community have been supporting the game since 2018, and the devs have thanked them for their support. In addition to acknowledging player input, they promised the community that ranked mode upgrades are being planned. Soon, more information about the impending adjustments will be made public.
With new opportunities and exciting advancements for both new and returning players, the migration ushers in a new era for Gods Unchained.
