Continuum World, a popular web3 game, has exciting updates in store for its dedicated player base. In this article, we'll delve into the upcoming Season 3 and a special Halloween event that is sure to delight fans.

Halloween Event

Continuum World is set to celebrate Halloween with a special event that will run for just 48 hours, starting on October 31st at 12 UTC and ending on November 2nd at 12 UTC. During this event, players will be on a quest to find and collect pumpkins scattered throughout the game world. These pumpkins can then be exchanged for six different types of Halloween-themed NFTs. However, there's a catch: each NFT will only be available for a mere eight hours, adding an extra layer of excitement.

If you have a Halloween costume, you're in for a treat! Players who wear the Halloween Pumpkin costume will receive a +3 drop boost and a 27.95% increased chance of getting a double drop. Meanwhile, the Halloween Cultist costume offers a +3 drop bonus and a 10% chance of a double drop. It's time to dress up and reap those rewards.

Season Three: Hunting Birdums and Finding Eggs

Once the Halloween event concludes, Continuum World will be rolling out Season Three. The focus of this season will be on hunting Birdums and finding eggs, offering players new challenges and rewards.

Hunting Birdums begins with finding a Birdum footprint on the map. Clicking on the footprint initiates a timed mini-game that presents players with directions and clues to locate the next track. Successfully completing these tracking tasks before the timer runs out leads to a final mini-game where players must click at the right moment to capture the Birdum. Successful captures reward players with various types of Birdum feathers, with thirteen different varieties to collect.

Season Three missions will often require Birdum feathers for completion. These missions will yield Gatcha coins (used to exchange for eggs in the Gatcha Machine), Golden Feathers, and Ranking Eggs. Moreover, there will be a special, 3-day, repeating leaderboard where players who accumulate the most Golden Feathers will receive Eggs as rewards.

While eggs come in different rarities and biome types, each offering a unique visual appearance, players won't be able to hatch the Birdum Eggs they collect until the following season. It's a tantalizing prospect to look forward to.
