Blast Royale Soft Launch introduces Blast Hub and Game Updates

After months of community testing, Blast Royale introduces the soft launch of the Mainnet Blast Hub and several new in-game features. The team announced on Twitter the exciting news, inviting many to try out the exciting new features.

With the Blast Hub's introduction, players can trade NFTs openly once they are connected with Polygon’s Mainnet. This confirms ownership with the user’s in-game assets, supported by the Polygon layer 2 blockchain.

The exciting new features added to the game include the introduction of a new currency called Coins. For now, the team advises its players to stay tuned on what they can do with the newly added currency.

Blast Royale replaced its old game icon with the community-voted game icon. Moreover, the update comes with vital balance changes and quality of life changes such as improvements to connections and bug fixes.

Balance changes include decreasing the default movement speed from 2.75 to 2.5 and Blass Pass Point values being re-balanced to be more engaging. Moreover, overall gun ranges have been reduced by 0.5 and all guns have received significant tweaking to provide a more balanced gameplay.
