The Gotchi Lending Program

Petting is not merely for show, as it affects the NFT's Kinship level, ultimately determining the quantity of Alchemica earned through Alchemical Channeling. The Alchemical Altar, located on a REALM parcel in the Gotchiverse, facilitates this daily stipend.

Spirit Force and NFTs

Each Aavegotchi NFT is powered by Aave's interest-generating tokens, known as Spirit Force. The type of Spirit Force tokens, "amTokens" or "maTokens," depends on the specific NFT owned. Haunt 2 Aavegotchis accrue amTokens over time, allowing players to withdraw the tokens once sufficient interest has been generated. In contrast, Haunt 1 Aavegotchis have maTokens that increase in value, but their quantity remains fixed. To withdraw maTokens, players must sacrifice their NFT.

The native token of Aavegotchi is $GHST, which serves multiple purposes within the ecosystem. It can be used to purchase various assets, participate in staking, and engage in voting within the DAO.
