Golden Tides is introducing a series of updates focused on improving immersion, refining mechanics, and enhancing player engagement. These updates are scheduled to go live by the first week of March. To coincide with the rollout, the game’s weekly game night schedule will return, giving players a consistent opportunity to experience the refreshed content and connect with the community.

About Golden Tides

Players are transported to a fantastical pirate realm in the online MOBA game Golden Tides. In order to fight competing crews and enigmatic marine life, players can select from twelve different pirates, each with special skills. Players will have more purposeful ways to spend their in-game cash thanks to a major upgrade to the item system.

Now, obtaining and upgrading things will be heavily reliant on gold, which is obtained by finishing tasks, eliminating NPCs, and fighting other players. With the addition of an enchant feature, players will be able to improve their equipment and receive extra boosts. This addition encourages strategic gameplay and supports diverse playstyles.

Immersion in Golden Tides will be enhanced with the introduction of new announcer voices. These voices will bring personality to matches while providing clearer direction during gameplay. Additionally, the number of non-playable characters (NPCs) in the game will increase. The game's lore will gain depth with these enhancements, and the landscape will become more interactive.

There will be major visual enhancements in the next versions. Lighting and graphic style improvements will improve the game's visual appeal and go well with its captivating gameplay. New Heroes and Cosmetic Options

Golden Tides will expand its roster with the addition of two new heroes. These characters will provide fresh opportunities for strategic gameplay and variety during matches. The update will also introduce Gen-1 skin cosmetics. These skins are tied to a community point system that features soft staking, allowing players to earn bonuses during the Token Generation Event (TGE) and additional rewards. This feature adds an extra layer of value for dedicated players.
