Star Atlas, the immersive blockchain-based metaverse, has recently announced a significant integration with Multichain Ventures, incorporating assets and intellectual property from the Project Tokes initiative. This move not only benefits Tokes token holders but also introduces new crafting and career opportunities within the Star Atlas universe.
Led by Michael Wagner, CEO, and Founder of Star Atlas, Tokes is a pioneering venture of Multichain Ventures that utilizes Web 3 technologies to revolutionize the legal cannabis supply chain. With this integration, Tokes seamlessly aligns with Star Atlas's vision to foster growth across its diverse projects.
Strategic Integration Plan
In collaboration with stakeholders from ATMTA, Inc. and Multichain Ventures, Inc., a strategic plan for a cashless integration was devised. This plan involves the absorption of Multichain Ventures' IPs and assets by ATMTA, the parent company of Star Atlas. To facilitate a smooth transition, the Tokes token will be gradually depreciated through asset conversion into a new set of Star Atlas game assets.
To ensure user convenience, ATMTA will establish a one-way bridge allowing Tokes token holders to seamlessly transfer their assets from the Waves Blockchain to Solana, the blockchain utilized by Star Atlas.
As part of the integration, Solana Tokes token holders will have the opportunity to exchange their tokens for Cultivation Facilities, a novel asset class within the Star Atlas Metaverse dedicated to the cultivation of exotic plants.
Initially, Cultivation Facilities will only be accessible through the exchange of Solana Tokes on the Star Atlas Galactic Market for a period of six months. Subsequently, they will be purchasable in ATLAS and USDC on the Star Atlas Galactic Marketplace. This process ensures the gradual integration of Tokes assets into the ecosystem while permanently removing redeemed tokens from circulation.
Role in Pharmaceutical Industry
Cultivation Facilities play a pivotal role in Star Atlas's pharmaceutical industry, enabling the cultivation of plants used to produce substances with diverse effects on crew member performance. These substances can be traded in both lawful markets within safe zones and the Black Markets of medium and high-risk zones, catering to various player preferences and strategies.
Through this strategic integration, Star Atlas continues to solidify its position as a leading Web 3 gaming platform, offering players innovative opportunities and immersive experiences within its expansive metaverse.
