On July 9, Revolving Games officially launched the $RCADE token with trading for RCADE/USDT and an airdrop of 7.75 million tokens. Half of the airdrop was unlocked right away. The rest will be released over six months. The TGE came after a long campaign that included joining community channels, referring friends, and playing War of Nova. Just before the launch, the team also revealed GTFO, a mobile runner based on the MEATBAGS IP. This helped build more hype around the token debut. Although the TGE was delayed twice, the final launch made sure everything was ready on the backend.
In August, Revolving Games will roll out its Community Network Node (CNN) Program. The program will support small node license holders and lower the cost of joining the network. With the help of easeflow, users can delegate node operation to trusted servers. Instead of paying $10 per month, they give 10% of mined emissions per node. This shift gives more users a way to take part while also helping the system stay strong. Alongside this, HatchKings will launch Season 2 with a new token sink. War of Nova will also add new tools to help bring in more web2 players.

September to December: New Titles and Global Reach
In September, Revolving Games will offer early access to Skyborne: Phoenix Flight. The game blends fantasy art with global appeal. A larger release will follow in October with War of Nova Season 3. By November, Skyborne will get publishing support from international partners. These deals are meant to bring in players from all over while keeping web3 tools working quietly in the background. In December, the company will share a recap of the year and give updates on the next phase of the roadmap.
A key part of the roadmap is a revenue-based buyback model. Games that make money will help buy back $RCADE from the market. This is not just to boost short-term value. It’s designed to keep the treasury strong and support long-term token health. War of Nova will be the first game to use this model. As players spend in the game, part of that revenue will help keep $RCADE valuable. Each title will follow this structure in its own way, creating a feedback loop that links playtime to token strength.

Skyborne: Leading the Ecosystem
Skyborne: Phoenix Flight is being shaped into a top game in the RCADE Network. It takes inspiration from games like Zelda and Animal Crossing. The focus is on story, gameplay, and design. While onchain elements are present, they’re kept in the background. Global publishers will help launch Skyborne across regions. As the player base grows, some of the revenue will fund $RCADE buybacks. This helps tie the game's success to the strength of the network. Skyborne is also a key piece of Revolving plan to push web3 gaming into mainstream markets.
Revolving Games is also building out more ways to use the $RCADE token. By September, token use will expand to:
- Gas fees on the network
- Upgrades, cosmetics, and crafting
- Battle Pass systems
- In-game events and reward loops
- Buybacks tied to revenue
- Studio partnerships where $RCADE is used in more games
The team is also working to address issues from launch day. Some external users sold tokens before long-time supporters could claim theirs. To fix this, the team is speaking with long-term partners who are interested in holding 1.5% of the token supply. These holders will be selected based on their support and commitment.
