Originally scheduled for a summer launch, Influence has shifted its gears and is now all set to kickstart with a limited mainnet release, followed by an extensive pre-release on a testnet. The much-anticipated official Exploitation launch is also on the horizon, aiming to make this year memorable for gamers and blockchain enthusiasts alike.

The summer passed by without the expected Influence releases, leaving fans eager but patient. However, the wait is over, as Influence finally unveils its plans, including a date for a limited mainnet release, with further updates scheduled for the year.

Influence is making a strategic move by running on Starknet, a layer-2 scaling solution for Ethereum. The delay in their plans can be attributed to ensuring Starknet is fully prepared for the spotlight. The good news is, Influence has officially declared a limited mainnet release on October 12th, at 14:00 UTC. This release will empower players to bridge their assets to Starknet, complete crew assignments, scan asteroids, personalize asteroids and crew, and even recruit new crew members.

The upcoming testnet pre-release will encompass a full gaming experience, allowing players to build bases, harvest resources, refine materials, and construct ships. Special events and missions will be included, providing players with the opportunity to earn titles, collect limited items, and enjoy in-game discounts. Moreover, this release introduces the in-game SWAY token, adding a new layer of excitement.

Once the testnet version undergoes thorough testing, necessary patches, and is deemed ready, it will transition to the live servers, marking the beginning of the game's initial phase, Exploitation, and heralding the official launch.
