Farmine Land Mystery Box Mint Gets a New Date

Farmine Land, a blockchain-based MMORPG, has changed the date for its Mystery Box mint. It will now start on May 19 instead of late April. This mint features NFTs from the “Tools of the Landworker” collection. These NFTs will play an important role in the game, helping players gather resources and progress through different lands.

The Mystery Box includes tools players can use in the game. These tools are NFTs. They allow players to collect resources like minerals, wood, and crops. Players can also water plants and fish, depending on which tools they own. Each tool works at specific land points, and there are over 150 different lands in the game.

Players can trade the resources they gather for LandCoins. This is an off-chain in-game currency. Each LandCoin is valued at 0.001 USDC. Tools are key to farming and resource collection, which makes these NFTs valuable to players.

There are 15 different NFT tools in total. They fall into five categories: pickaxes, saws, forks, fishing rods (or nets), and watering cans. Each tool comes in one of three rarity tiers—Common, Rare, and Legendary.

The rarity of each tool impacts how effective it is. It also decides how often the tool can be used each day. For example, a Common Fishing Rod has 7 daily uses. A Legendary Fishing Net has 22 uses. Once the tool reaches its limit, it can be recharged.

To recharge a tool, players need Light Lord Stones. These can be obtained by completing quests from an NPC named the Lord of the Light. This character is located at the city temple. The NPC will ask you to deliver specific supplies. To get those supplies, you need to craft them using the resources you collect with your NFT tools. This makes resource gathering and crafting essential in the game.

There are about 3500 NFT tools in this collection. These are split across 1400 Mystery Boxes. Each box will contain 2 to 3 NFTs. Common tools make up the bulk of the collection. Around 2450 NFTs are Common, which is 70% of the total. Each of the five Common tool types will have around 350 NFTs.

Rare tools are 20% of the supply, which equals 700 NFTs. That’s around 210 per tool type. Legendary tools are the rarest, making up only 10% or about 350 NFTs in total. Each of the five Legendary tool types will have about 88 NFTs.

Minting Details and Schedule

The Mystery Box mint will happen on OpenSea and is split into three phases. The first is for creators and landowners. It will start on May 19 at 1 PM UTC. This phase is a free mint.

Next is the Whitelist phase, which starts on May 20 at 1 AM UTC. Whitelisted users can mint for 70 $RON per box. The final phase is the Public Mint. It starts on May 20 at 1 PM UTC. The public can mint boxes at the price of 80 $RON each.

The mint uses a raffle system on the Ronin Network. It includes randomization powered by Ronin’s Verifiable Random Function (VRF). This helps keep the mint fair. The system gives users random results that can be checked on-chain. After the mint ends, the boxes will automatically open. You can then send your NFTs to your in-game character through your inventory.

The mint was first scheduled for April 24. However, it was paused due to a visual bug. Even so, 25 boxes were already minted. There were plans to continue between April 28 and 30. But those plans changed again. Now, the confirmed mint dates are May 19 and 20.

Farmine Land is still in development. But players can try it now through an open test server. The game works on web browsers. Later, it will also be available on Android and iOS. A downloadable version for Windows is also planned.
