Champions Arena, a turn-based RPG hosted on Gala Games, has unveiled Nexus 2.0, ushering in a wave of enhancements to the gameplay experience. This update revolutionizes the way players interact with NFT Champions, offering extended rental durations and automatic level matching.
Extended Rental Durations and Enhanced Accessibility
Previously, players were limited to renting a single Champion every 8 hours for a solitary use. With Nexus 2.0, this restriction has been lifted, allowing players to rent an NFT Champion once per day with an extended usage window of one hour. This significant alteration grants free players greater opportunities to engage in PvP content and reap rewards.
Nexus 2.0 introduces a sophisticated recommendation system for Champion rentals, ensuring players have access to the most suitable options when venturing into battle. Additionally, rented Champions will now automatically adjust their levels to match the player's highest-level Champion, fostering a more balanced and competitive environment.
The update brings forth a plethora of improvements to the arena, including daily resets at UTC 00:00 for battle limits based on NFT rarity and count. Moreover, the scoring mechanism within the arena has been fine-tuned to consider the discrepancy between competing teams, enhancing fairness and competitiveness.
Streamlined User Experience and Increased Rewards
One of the notable quality-of-life enhancements is the removal of anti-macro pop-ups, streamlining the gaming experience for players. Furthermore, players now have the opportunity to accumulate more Victory Points (VPs) by participating in battles with rented Champions, with additional chances to earn free daily gems through victorious arena battles. VPs, serving as in-game tokens, are converted into $GALA at 3 AM UTC daily.
Champions Arena continues to immerse players in a captivating fantasy realm, boasting a diverse collection of over 100 unique Champions and in-game assets. Notably, the game remains accessible to all players, with a set of free non-NFT Champions provided to initiate their journey. These updates to Nexus and the arena are poised to elevate the game's allure and potential for earnings, further enriching the gaming experience for players worldwide.
