How does Magic Shoes work?
To get started with Magic Shoes:
Download the Magic Shoes app from www.magicshoes.io during the beta testing period, or from the Apple App Store or Google Play once the official open beta is launched.
Log in to the app using the MetaMask wallet, a widely used universal wallet.
Set up the MetaMask wallet and securely store the 12-word secret phrase for wallet recovery.
Transfer Polygon coins (MATIC) to your in-app wallet for purchasing Magic Shoes NFTs.
Browse and purchase Magic Shoes from the in-app Marketplace or NFT marketplace (magicclub.io) based on your preferences, type, and grade.
Note: Keep a small amount of MATIC in your account wallet for gas fees, and you can also directly purchase MATIC using a Mastercard or Visa card within MetaMask.
Magic Shoes Gameplay Overview
Users need to equip Magic Shoes to earn tokens while moving. Magic Shoes are required to obtain MCPs. The energy required for exercise is 100, and it consumes the user's HP.
To get started, users choose their desired Magic Shoes and press the Start button. Users can see their status on the app screen, whether they are walking, running, or cycling. However, if the app cannot detect a strong GPS or data signal or if the user is not moving (indicating "Moon Walking"), a red light will be displayed.
During the "Moon Walking" state, MCPs cannot be obtained. Users may or may not lose energy depending on the exercise environment.
How to make money in Magic Shoes?
Users can purchase up to 30 Magic Shoes. The amount of MCP mining and HP consumption is proportionate to the quantity of Magic Shoes owned. Each type of Magic Shoes earns a different amount of MCPs. The lifespan of each Magic Shoes is 2 years. Each Magic Shoes starts at level 1 and can be leveled up to level 50 based on accumulated exercise volume and duration. As the level increases, the MCP mining speed also increases
