What is Fableborne NFT Game?
Fableborne is an isometric play-to-own multiplayer game, blending the Action RPG and Base Building genre. Fableborne is developed mobile-first, for Android and iOS, however we might release a Windows PC version in the future.
In Fableborne you scout for new and bigger islands, build and fortify your base, while unlocking and upgrading the Echoes of slumbering Heroes to raid other player’s islands for resources in asynchronous battles, or hone your skills during challenging boss battles.
Competing against other players while climbing in the Pixion League is a very important component of the game, however Fableborne is created to be accessible to everyone, not hard to learn, and best played in short sessions.
How does Fableborne work?
Accessibility is one of the core pillars of Fableborne’s game design, we want everyone to enjoy our game at their own pace, so naturally Fableborne is completely free-to-play with a focus on play-to-own.
We do not believe that restricting players by forcing them to purchase NFTs is the right way of approaching this new generation of multiplayer Web3 games. We strongly believe blockchain technology brings solutions to many problems, as well as empowering communities, but restricting access to the game goes against the idea of decentralization. We want everyone to enjoy our game, no exceptions.
How to make money in Fableborne?
Many resources can be found in the elemental quadrants of the Shatterlands and only the bravest adventurers dare to venture out and claim islands in the search of the rarest materials. However, only a few select resources can be found on a single island. Players will need to get creative in their search for upgrade materials. Questing, bartering, and raiding are among many tools of the adventurers’ trade.
Players will inhabit Islands of various sizes and shapes. To continuously grow, players will need to excavate resources from them. However, the resource production of every island is limited to specific resources and quantities. This does mean that players will need to venture out, raid other players, and claim different islands to gain access to all necessary resources to progress through the game.
With the resources gained, players will then have to choose between upgrading their own defenses to fend off attacks from other players or reinvesting in their own production chain.
