Control these units to gather resources and perform jobs to expand your village. Create new buildings and upgrade your status to get new squads.

Class Types in Blocklords

Classes are your NFT hero’s chosen class. These are different from squads as heroes serve as your commanders to your squad. They can be purchasable before you start the game.

Farmers

Players will start off with farmers as their squad. They can gather, mine, process, craft, and harvest. They are important in any stage of your journey and will be the building blocks of your base. 

Once you gather enough resources, you can choose to become a Knight or Raider.

Raiders

They are freedom fighters who answer to no one. You can steal resources from lords or attack innocent farmers to wreak havoc on the land

Knight & Raider

While sounding fun and chaotic, it comes with high risk and requires the right strategy to play.

Knights

They swear loyalty to a lord. Their primary objective is to kill raiders and defend their farms. They receive salaries from lords as their main source of sustenance.

Lord or Lady

Once you keep leveling up, you have the opportunity to become a LORD or LADY. 

They control entire regions and hold the power to command other players. You collect taxes and resources, give salaries to knights and manage infrastructure.

King or Queen

Finally, you have the KING or QUEEN. As the ultimate mark of success, their duties are to govern and shape the landscape either to maintain peace with diplomacy or start nation-scale wars.

If a player doesn’t have one, they will start with a basic Farmer Hero with their own randomly generated traits. Your starting Hero will determine how the game will present you with choices. If you’re a raider you pillage resources while a knight earns a salary from the lord or lady.

Once you step into your region, you will be given farmers to gather resources and the faster you get them, the faster you progress to the top.

As you may have already known, resources are extremely vital. Players will need it to build structures and create units.

Gold is important

Gold is a very useful currency once you need fast resources. The markets in Blocklords contain various resources and you can purchase them using gold, eliminating the need to gather them yourself.

Public Market

Make sure to stock up on gold and use it when the need arises.
