Tokyo Beast Trials is gearing up for its highly anticipated $1 million championship. In order to experience the game firsthand and compete for a portion of the prize pool, users can participate in the $20K CBT Tournament, a closed beta test, prior to the main event. Players who complete the official application form can guarantee a slot, and registration is open until March 23rd.
The CBT Tournament serves as a Pre-Championship event for the upcoming Tokyo Beast Trials. Designed as an online competition for the PC version of this PvP game, it offers a total prize pool of $20K in rewards. The event runs for six days, featuring a five-day qualifying period and a one-day Finals event. A one-week preparation gap separates the two stages.
Players who rank among the top 20 in the qualifying round will move on to the Finals, where the champion will walk away with $10K worth of the game’s token. This competition is a rare opportunity for gamers to test their skills in high-stakes battles before the full launch of Tokyo Beast Trials.

Intense Battles in the ARENA Mode
During the CBT Tournament, players will engage in fierce 1v1 battles using the game’s ARENA mode. This action-packed 3D fighting game mode allows competitors to earn ARENA points by winning matches. However, losing matches results in a deduction of points. The top 20 players with the highest ARENA points by the end of the qualifying round will advance to the Finals.
The Finals will follow a structured 1v1 tournament format, with all matches played in full-auto mode. To participate, players must submit their deck formation before a set deadline. Tokyo Beast Trials features a unique deck-building system where players equip their BEAST characters with MODs that boost stats such as attack power and defense. The Finals will be live streamed on Twitch and YouTube, allowing fans and participants to follow the action in real time.
Those interested in joining the CBT Tournament must submit their application through the official X announcement. The pre-registration deadline is March 23 at 4:59 PM PST. The selected players will get a Discord direct message by 2:00 AM PST on March 26.
Only two hundred players will be selected to compete. To be eligible for consideration, candidates must register on the official Discord server. Players should carefully check messages and be on the lookout for scams because notifications are issued over Discord direct messages.
