Classic Game Returns with a Global Launch
On March 19, Seal M on CROSS made its formal debut, bringing the nostalgic world of Seal Online to contemporary platforms. With 2.2 million pre-registrations, the game, which was created by PLAYWITH KOREA Inc. and NEXUS CO., Ltd. quickly attracted notice. Southeast Asia, particularly Vietnam and Indonesia, which still have devoted fans of classic MMORPG games, showed a great deal of interest.
As it expands to PC and mobile, the game maintains its whimsical tone and cartoon-style graphics. The CROSS Play technology allows players to access the same experience on different devices. This strategy promotes a larger audience without dividing the group.
Exploring the World of Shiltz
Players join Shiltz, a fantasy world where advancement is shaped by battle, exploration, and rivalry. Field boss battles, dungeon runs, and seasonal ranking systems that encourage engagement are all features of the game. A fishing minigame gives players additional diversity in their everyday playtime by providing a lighthearted diversion from fighting.
At debut, there are seven classes available, each with a distinct combat role, such as Knight, Mage, and Warrior. In contrast to conventional MMORPG occupations, unique options like Cook and Jester offer imaginative playstyles. Players are encouraged to try new things while developing team strategies because of this class diversity.
Instead of using regional servers, Seal M on CROSS use a single worldwide server. Competition is made more relevant by this design, which unites all participants into a single shared economy and ranking system. Top spots are more valuable since rankings take into account global performance rather than local boundaries.
This arrangement also makes the marketplace more dynamic. The in-game economy is kept dynamic via the connections between items, resources, and progression routes throughout all locations. As a result, regardless of location, player engagement becomes more reliable.

How the Token System Works
The game introduces a seasonal reward model built around Shiltz Crystals. Players earn these resources by completing ranked activities such as dungeons and boss encounters. At the end of each season, a fixed pool of 10 million crystals is distributed based on ranking positions.
These crystals can convert into SHILTZx, a crypto token within the CROSS ecosystem. The supply stays limited to seasonal distribution, which prevents unlimited inflation. Players can earn tokens through gameplay or access them through external trading platforms.
SHILTZx also connects directly to progression. It is required to purchase Ooparts, which are among the most valuable in-game items. This link between gameplay and token demand creates a clear purpose for the system.
The crypto layer remains optional, allowing players to enjoy the full game without using tokens. This design keeps Seal M accessible to both traditional players and those interested in blockchain features.
By separating core gameplay from token mechanics, the developers avoid forcing users into a system they may not fully understand. At the same time, players who engage with crypto can explore deeper progression and trading opportunities.
Launch Rewards and CROSS Ecosystem
To support the launch, the game offers 780,000 CROSS tokens through mission-based rewards. Players can earn these tokens by completing early objectives such as class advancement and guild participation. This event encourages early engagement while introducing the broader CROSS platform.
The CROSS ecosystem includes additional features like CROSS Play and CROSS Wave, which connect gameplay with community activities. Future support for Binance Pay will also simplify transactions, making it easier for players to access the token system.
Seal M on CROSS continues the collaboration between NEXUS and PLAYWITH KOREA. The two companies previously worked together on R.O.H.A.N.2 Global, which helped establish their approach to combining classic game IP with blockchain systems.
Leadership from both sides expressed confidence in this model. The focus stays on blending familiar gameplay with new technology, while maintaining long-term player engagement.
