PlayStation Plus Games for June 2026: Grounded & Darktide Arrive After Price Increase

Sony has announced its lineup of free games for June 2026. This is the first announcement since the PlayStation Plus price increase. The PlayStation Plus games for June 2026 feature three games. The games are Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition, Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2, and Warhammer 40,000: Darktide.

Players can begin to download these titles from June 2. There is also a fourth bonus game, EA Sports FC 26. Sports FC 26 will remain available until June 16. Here’s what PlayStation Plus has in store for games in June 2026.

June 2026 is the first month since Sony increased PlayStation Plus prices. Subscribers have criticized Sony for increasing prices and anti-customer practices.

Here are the games subscribers will get for June 2026. 

Grounded: Fully Yoked Edition (PS5, PS4)

Remember the ant bully? In Grounded, you’ll shrink into a tiny human. You go on adventures that are actually really big deals when you are trying to survive in a backyard that is full of things that can hurt you. 

The backyard is a scary place. You have to look at things in a new way. Bugs are like huge monsters that you have to fight to stay alive. You can play by yourself. You can have up to three friends play with you. 

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 (PS5, PS4)

Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl 2 takes a different route. Here, you’ll battle the largest and greatest collection of cartoon characters from Nickelodeon. SpongeBob SquarePants, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Squidward Tentacles, and Jimmy Neutron are all here.

You can master a unique move set for each character. You can use this move as part of a side or in a battle against online opponents. It has a special, roguelike single-player mode. Here you can play for hours without any companions.

Warhammer 40,000: Darktide (PS5)

Darktine is a popular action-packed and bloody first-person shooter. You play to redeem the giant city of Tertium from a host of bloodthirsty enemies in this co-op survival game for the PS5.

The title’s action flows seamlessly between visceral sword fighting and elaborate sci-fi gunplay and is built around the best-in-class melee combat of the genre. Instead of being an overpowered Space Marine, you create a character of your own from other factions—though you can make one as large as an Ogryn or the recently announced Skitarii class, which will be arriving on June 23 via update. 

Bonus Game: EA SPORTS FC 26 (PS5, PS4)

The big surprise is EA Sports FC 26, which was also scheduled for May but will still be available to subscribers to claim until June 16, 2026. That’s a very opportune long weekend for soccer fans. 

A big update for “The World’s Game” will arrive on June 4, with a brand new international tournament mode with 48 countries, realistic stadiums, and fresh Manager Live Challenges. During this time, PlayStation Plus members will also get an exclusive Icons Pack add-on.

How to Claim Your Free PlayStation Plus Extra and Premium Games

These are the fastest methods of getting them.

• On your Console: Go to the PlayStation Plus icon. It’s on the far-left side of your PS5 or PS4 home screen. Select Monthly Games tab. Click on each game and choose Add to Library.
• Via the PS App: Open up the official PlayStation App on your smartphone. Tap the Store button, then the Subscriptions tab and find the May Monthly Games. Click on Add to Library on each game.
• Web Browser: Visit the PlayStation Store website. Log in with your details. Find the games. Choose the Add to Library button.
