To close the month, there is Nine Sols, a 2D Metroidvania lore-rich, hand-drawn game. The game is often called Sekiro-lite because it heavily focuses on parrying and fighting by deflection and is based on a hero’s quest to kill the 9 Sols (lords) of an abandoned kingdom.

With its distinct Taopunk style, a mixture of sci-fi and Eastern mythology, it is an indispensable game in the collection of those who like Hollow Knight or Blasphemous.
