MocaProof Beta Goes Live

Moca Network has released the beta version of MocaProof. This is a gamified identity system designed for web3 platforms. The launch follows the Proof of Build Hackathon held in September. It represents a major product step for the Moca Network ecosystem. MocaProof focuses on verified digital identity built directly on the blockchain.

The beta version is now available on the Moca Chain Testnet. A full release on Moca Chain Mainnet is scheduled for 2026. Users can already create onchain profiles during this phase. These profiles rely on privacy-focused verification tools powered by zkProof technology.

Onchain Profiles with Privacy at the Core

MocaProof lets users build a digital identity based on verified credentials. The system does not expose raw personal data. Instead, it verifies facts using zkProofs. These proofs confirm actions or qualifications without revealing private details.

This design keeps control in the hands of users. Credentials remain reusable across platforms that support Moca Chain. Identity becomes portable. Privacy stays intact. This structure supports long-term trust in web3 environments.

At the center of MocaProof sits Mocat. Mocat is a visual digital character linked to each user. It represents verified activity across web3 platforms. The character evolves as users add more credential proofs.

Each visual trait reflects achievements across four identity areas. These areas are Loyalty, Influence, Finance, and Activeness. As more credentials are verified, Mocat gains new features. Higher activity can unlock rare versions. Some versions link to extra rewards.

Credential Proof Marketplace Explained

After logging in, users access the Credential Proofs marketplace. This marketplace is where all verifications begin. Each completed verification adds a new proof to the Mocat profile.

Available proofs include Watch Hours from ANIME ID. Smart Money data comes from Nansen. Reputation Score is supported by Ethos. Other options include Proof of Personhood using zkProofs. Staking Tier comes from Mocaverse. Wallet Labels come from Addressable. Each proof connects to a real partner. All use zkProofs for security.

Every verified credential affects the Mocat profile. Points are added to the four core identity traits. These points combine into a total score. The score determines the rarity level of the identity.

This data appears on the MocaProof identity card. It becomes a clear snapshot of onchain reputation. Higher rarity increases access to benefits. Progress becomes visible without sharing private data.

Infrastructure Behind MocaProof

MocaProof operates within the wider Moca Network. It integrates directly with Moca Chain and AIR Kit. AIR Kit serves as a developer toolkit. Moca Chain provides a blockchain layer focused on identity.

Data is not stored in a single location. Decentralized storage keeps it distributed. zkProofs handle verification. This structure supports cross-platform use. The same identity can unlock access across multiple apps.

MocaProof supports single sign-on features. Users log in with their Mocat-linked identity. No repeated data entry is needed. Access becomes faster and cleaner.

Apps connected to Moca Chain can rely on verified credentials. Trust does not require manual checks. Identity becomes a shared layer across services.

Rewards, MOCA Coin, and Airdrops

The beta launch includes an early reward system. Users earn rewards by completing verifications. MOCA Coin is part of the reward pool. AIR SP loyalty points are also available through the AIR Shop.

Partner token airdrops are included as well. Higher Mocat rarity unlocks more reward types. Verification gains more value over time. A month-long campaign is now live. This campaign focuses on NFT-related credentials. The total reward pool reaches around US$50,000.

Testnet Phase and 2026 Mainnet Launch

MocaProof currently runs on the Moca Chain Testnet. This phase allows testing and feedback. Feature improvements happen during this stage. The Mainnet launch is planned for 2026.

This release follows several major milestones. The Proof of Build Hackathon took place in September. MocaPortfolio also launched earlier this year. That platform supports token allocation for MOCA Coin holders and Mocaverse NFT owners.

Kenneth Shek, project lead at Moca Network, shared his view on the launch. He described MocaProof as a foundation for verifiable digital identity in web3. He emphasized privacy, data ownership, and compliance.

His statement highlights reputation as a measurable asset. Verified credentials support reward distribution. Identity connects directly to value.
