Fableborn, the action, and base-building NFT game has announced the second iteration of their Closed Playtest, which will take place from April 13th to April 16th.

The playtest is an exclusive event where a select group of gamers will have the opportunity to test out the upcoming features the game has to offer. If this sounds interesting, read further for more details.

Fableborn is a base-building NFT game that allows players to fortify their bases, collect resources, and raid other players in either PvP or PvE modes, similar to Clash of Clans. 

The previous playtest, which occurred on March 26th, tested out primary features such as upgrading heroes, PVP battles, and hot-swapping. In this second playtest, players will be able to test out features and improvements such as:

  • Improved handling of Leon’s abilities 
  • Heroes needing to recover after being damaged in Raids,
  • Raiding longer with the increased timer for bigger islands 
  • Gold mines produce more gold
  • Upgrading your island 
  • Seeing mining zones appear faster

How to Join?

Participation in the Closed Playtest is limited to Fableborn Moderators, Fableborn Creators, and 75 community members. 

To be eligible, you need to join the Moderator or Creator Program or participate in giveaways announced on Twitter and on the Discord server. For most of us, the best we can do is to be among the selected 75 community members.

Luckily, there are three ways we can have the chance to join the exclusive playtest, which admittedly, all require you to join raffles.

  •  Join a raffle on Discord exclusive to all current Whitelisting Holders,
  •  Join a raffle on Discord exclusive to all users who participated in the Pre-Alpha in 2022 
  • Join a raffle on social media with Fableborn Creators: Elisa, itzBolt, Sanjay, or Meta Lemon.

Players who participate in the playtest must answer a survey to provide feedback for the game effectively. Failure to do so will result in a ban for future playtests.
