Axie Infinity’s Lunar New Year Event: Win Big with Missions and Prizes

The popular blockchain-based game Axie Infinity is celebrating Lunar New Year with a special contest for its community. Starting on January 25th, players can earn points by completing missions in the arena, such as winning ranked or practice arena battles, crafting rare and epic Ronin runes and charms, buying and releasing Axies, and winning bonus battles with specific types of Axies.

These points can then be used to redeem rewards such as Mystic Items, Avatars, Stickers, and a special Lunar New Year Border. The event runs until February 1st, giving players a week to rack up as many points as possible and claim their prizes.

One of the missions in the contest is to win an arena battle in Origins with exactly three Axies of a specific elemental type, such as Beast, Bug, or Plant. Another mission is to craft any rare or epic Ronin rune or charm. Players can also earn points by simply buying or releasing any Axie.

In addition to these standard missions, there are also bonus missions that offer extra points for winning an arena battle with certain types of Axies, such as Japanese, Christmas, Summer, Shiny, or Origin Axies.
