Alien Worlds: Battledome Space Combat Game Now Live!

Alien Worlds releases Battledome, a new strategic space combat game, for players to try out and play with their NFT assets such as minions, characters, and weapons. This game is a new addition to the Alien Worlds universe and will be a staple third-party use case for the Alien Worlds assets. Make sure to try out Battledome!

What is Alien Worlds?

Alien Worlds is a space exploration game wherein players are given the chance to immerse themselves in the universe of Alien Worlds and progress through the game by exploring and mining. In the game, players can own land, mining tools, gather Trilium (TLM) tokens, and participate on missions to gather resources such as TLM tokens and NFT assets. 

What is Alien Worlds: Battledome?

Battledome is a new strategic space combat game in the Alien Worlds universe but this should not be confused with the previously announced Thunderdome game. Battledome is a third-party application developed by Restack.AI and funded by Galactic Hubs Pioneer Grant.

In the game, up to 20 players can battle it out using their NFT assets such as minions, weapons, and characters. In order to participate in the game, players must have the following assets: 

• Avatar
• Minions
• Weapon

After acquiring such assets, players can now choose to battle and select a Planet to reign from. Currently, all battles are simulated automatically and each battle incorporates special effects and mechanics.

In the game, players can earn Triulium (TLM) tokens, NFTs, and Boosts. These assets , specially the TLM tokens, will be useful in the Battledome marketplace which is to be added in the future. The main use for the TLM tokens is for paying fees in repairing used cards in battles.

It is also worthy to note that even though Battledome is not a full representation of what Alien Worlds gameplay is, it is a clear statement that the Alien Worlds team is working, building, and expanding during the bear market to satisfy the thirst of their community with regards to game content. The game’s community is still looking forward to the launch of the Thunderdome game as promised by the team several years ago.
